Return & Refund Policy
At MIRACLE, every product is made to order through Printify. Because of this, we do not keep inventory or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or unwanted items. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Order Issues
We only accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The item is misprinted or different from what you ordered.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopluxmiraculum2.0@usa.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product issue
We’ll work with Printify to resolve the problem by sending a replacement at no extra cost or issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned due to buyer’s remorse, size/fit issues, or incorrect shipping addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot resell returned items.
Refunds
- Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If a replacement is preferred, we will ship it at no extra charge.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at shopluxmiraculum2.0@usa.com.
